Grand Soleil by For the Scent of It is a Oriental Floral fragrance for women and men. Grand Soleil was launched in 2023. The nose behind this fragrance is Michael Schrammel. Top notes are Bergamot, Lemon, Shiso and Goji Berries; middle notes are Orange Blossom, Jasmine, Hinoki, Iris, Mastic or Lentisque and Watery Notes; base notes are Frankincense, Vetiver, Amber and Musk. JOURNEY: Nestled high in the mountains, where the Sun touches the Earth...a hidden oasis. This scent opens with a most invigorating blend of fresh citrus and shiso leaf, like the sun shining through the leaves. Subtle fruity shades of goji berry dot the landscape, playing tricks on the senses. The heart of this oasis is filled with hinoki and mastic trees, radiant and coniferous. The florals add pops of color while an orange blossom water, representing the fountain of youth in the middle of this oasis, is refreshing and lively. As you take it all in, grounding notes of vetiver, amber and sacred frankincense bring you to a halt as the winds carry aloft a heavenly musk. I think we’re going to stay awhile… INSPIRATION: This scent began with a vision. I envisioned a hidden garden oasis tucked high in the mountains. So close to the sun, it would be hard to tell if this oasis was on earth or in the heavens. Using ingredients I personally find to be both grounding and euphoric, I wanted this to be the most captivating summer fragrance I have ever smelled. The fountain of youth awaits. ⛲️
