Mystic Vert by For the Scent of It is a Leather fragrance for women and men. Mystic Vert was launched in 2022. The nose behind this fragrance is Michael Schrammel. Top notes are Black Pepper, Galbanum, Pine and Orange Peel; middle notes are Jasmine, Cedar, Ash and Lily of the Valley; base notes are Dark Patchouli, Oakmoss, Leather and Amber. JOURNEY: Over the river and through the woods...to the Wizard's house we go. This mystical fragrance opens with the smell of ancient vegetation. Green, resinous galbanum and pine balsam stick to your skin as you push your way deeper into the forest. Scattered rays of the sun spill through the pine canopy. Whispers of smoke ride the breeze, carrying aloft the smell of burnt ash. A vibrant, green clearing comes into view. Small white patches of jasmine and valley lily break the green uniformity surrounding this wizard’s ancient home. A moss grows wild around its foundation. Atop a lone table, beside the fire, sits dark patchouli leaves and golden amber; their fate unknown. In the doorway he stands. His eyes as aged as his worn, leather robe. This wizard holds the secrets of life. INSPIRATION: "I originally created this fragrance to wear myself. I love galbanum and I love ashy leather. The idea for a mystical fragrance combining these two notes made me excited. I have always been fascinated by magic, mysticism, alchemy, wizards and witches, you name it. I wanted to not just create a great fragrance, but also take people on a magical, olfactory journey. I hope you enjoy the adventure!"
