Driades

Driades by Maese Pau is a fragrance for women and men. Driades was launched in 2024. The nose behind this fragrance is Pablo Emanuel Locascio Poletto. This perfume was created in honor of the protective tree nymphs. It was inspired by Hamadríade Sice, protector of fig trees. One summer night I was walking through an orchard near the sea, its cool breeze passed through the mastic and fennel trees near the beach and brought its aroma of green resin. I arrived before a beautiful fig tree and at the foot of it, I saw the ground covered in violet leaves. I couldn't resist and lay down on that beautiful fresh green blanket. While I looked at the stars that slipped between the dense leaves of that generous plant, I began to fall asleep. Suddenly a sweet aroma of gardenias and mimosas invaded my nose as it played, winding among the leaves of that fig tree, and a whisper was heard, like a sigh: “rest today, son of man, but remember me tomorrow.” The year was 2006 and that same summer Dríades was born. INGREDIENTS: French lavender, Green lime, Cucumber fruit, Mastic resin, Bahamian ambergris, Green cardamom, Fig leaves, Coriander seeds, Fennel seeds, Ambrette seeds, Violet leaves, Katafray bark, Gardenia flower, Wild carnation flower, Mimosa flower.
