Porta del Cielo by Linari is a Oriental Floral fragrance for women and men. Porta del Cielo was launched in 2012. The nose behind this fragrance is Mark Buxton. Top notes are Pineapple, Bergamot, Freesia, Raspberry and Artemisia; middle notes are Cashmirwood, Violet, Lily-of-the-Valley, Sandalwood and Orange Blossom; base notes are White Musk, Tonka Bean, Siam Benzoin, Vanila and Labdanum. This fragrance of the German house Linari was introduced in 2012 as a symbiosis of seductive fruit, delicate, intoxicating flowers, woody and oriental notes. The name of the new fragrance is Porta del Cielo and it was created by perfumer Mark Buxton who also composed two other Linari fragrances - Angelo di Fiume and Notte Bianca. The top notes of the composition start with the playful zest of Calabrian bergamot, pineapple and raspberry, embraced by freesia petals. An aromatic note is provided by artemisia (dawana oil). The heart dictates a floral tempo with accords of orange blossom, violet, and lily of the valley supporting the sandalwood and top quality cashmere wood with their warm, creamy shades. The base is warm, cuddly, and oriental, composed of a blend of white musk, Venetian tonka, vanilla, Siamese benzoin, and Andalusia labdanum. The flacon was designed by Rainer Diersche in a minimalist style, adorned with 22 carat gold plating. The wave motive on the cylindrical body leaves a sophisticated impression while the massive cap made of wenge wood contributes to the exotic and robust feel of the edition. Fragrance Linari Porta del Cielo is available as 100ml EDP.
