Oud Takara by Nara Perfumery is a Woody fragrance for women and men. Oud Takara was launched in 2023. The nose behind this fragrance is Nasir Alshimmari. Top notes are Amyris and Oud; middle notes are Patchouli and Vetiver; base notes are Musk, Moss and Oud. OUD TAKARA gets its name from the Japanese word "TAKARA", which stands for treasure. This name hints at the valued ingredients in the mix, and you get to experience these unique scents right from the first spray. The initial aroma you'll catch is oud, which is made more intriguing with a touch of amyris - a plant also called "West Indian sandalwood". The oil from amyris is popular in making perfumes because of its warm, woodsy, and somewhat sweet smell, which is similar to regular sandalwood, but not as dense. As the fragrance continues to evolve, you'll notice an even richer scent, thanks to components like patchouli and vetiver at the heart of the perfume. Eventually, the aroma settles into a deeper note dominated by musk and moss with oud. The combination results in a scent that is intense, has a hint of green, and exudes an earthy, woody vibe.
