Oud Supermassive by Les Eaux Primordiales is an extrait de parfum created in collaboration between brand founder Arnaud Poulain and perfumer Julien Rasquinet. The composition explores oud through a dialogue between Eastern traditions and European influences, aiming for a less smoky, less animalic style of oud while preserving its depth. The fragrance opens with a bright, spiced citrus accord of mandarin, bergamot, and cardamom. A fruity-floral heart of peach, osmanthus, and passion fruit introduces a soft, luminous character and a subtly tangy nuance. In the base, tobacco, oud, leather, and olibanum form a warm, resinous and woody foundation that emphasizes the sacred-wood aspect of oud while maintaining a smooth, modern profile.
