Lover's Facade by Profile is a Leather fragrance for women and men. The nose behind this fragrance is Hamid Merati-Kashani. Top notes are Black Pepper, Mandarin, Juniper, Liquor and Cuban Cigar; middle notes are Peru Balsam, Patchouli, Benzoin and Leather; base notes are Gingerbread, Tonka Bean, Vanilla, Jasmine, Beeswax, Rose and Grapes. Lover's Facade by Profile is an amber‑leather fragrance in the brand’s Persona series, conceived as a companion to the Nightfall collection. The composition opens with a sharp, slightly boozy accord of black pepper, juniper, liquor notes, mandarin and cigar facets, evoking the atmosphere of spirits and smoke. This leads into a heart where patchouli, smoky leather, Peru balsam and benzoin build a dense, resinous warmth around the leather theme. In the base, rose, purple grape, jasmine, tonka bean, vanilla, beeswax and a gingerbread nuance bring a floral, fruity and subtly gourmand character to the drydown, softening the darker notes while maintaining an ambery depth.
