Little black Fish was created by a writer named Samad Behrangi, a writer from Tabriz. It was written by him in the winter season of 1946 and was published by the Center for Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents in 1947 with illustrations by Farshid Mesghali, who in 1969 won the biennial prize of Bratislava, Czechoslovakia for illustrating children's books. The story is about the adventures of a small fish who takes risks for the love of the sea and starts an adventurous journey to reach new experiences.
