Top note is Citruses; middle note is French labdanum; base notes are Benzoin and Vanilla. Labdanum de Seville is the second fragrance from the Voyage en Mediterranee collection and it brings us charm and magic of Andalusia and highlights opulence of labdanum, wild and robust plant which produces dark brown resin with intense scent. Cistus Ladanifer or Rockrose is a bush growing in the Mediterranean and blossoming with beautiful, gentle, fluffy, white flowers. Its intense aromas of resins can be described as animalistic, woody-sweet, dry musky, leather-like or similar to ambergris. A top of this opulent composition awaits us with sparkles and freshness of citruses which make a refreshing overture to this oriental fragrance. A heart introduces accords of labdanum, while a base includes benzoin and vanilla. The fragrance arrives in a flacon characteristic for L'Occitane brand (similar to Notre Flore collection), made of glass, with a golden, cylindrical stopper. The stopper and outer carton feature a decoration, compass - rose of the winds, which has magical powers, protects mariners on their sails and suggests knowledge and experience.
