Kyodo by Suskind Editions de Parfums is a Oriental Woody fragrance for women and men. This is a new fragrance. Kyodo was launched in 2025. The nose behind this fragrance is Philip Kraft. Top notes are Nougat, Hazelnut, Filbertone and Cardamom; middle notes are Ionones, Iris and Ambrostar™; base notes are Iso E Super, Ambronova ™, Cashmere Wood and Musk. Kyodo by Süskind is a contemporary interpretation of the amber theme created in close collaboration with perfumer and chemist Philip Kraft. The fragrance is described as dark and warm yet mineral and transparent, structured around Ambronova®, a modern captive amber molecule that provides depth and a dry, woody-amber character with sweet-mineral facets. A subtle gourmand nuance is present but is kept refined and restrained rather than heavy. The composition opens with a gentle nut–nougat accord that introduces a soft, edible warmth by Filbertone material. At the heart, velvety iris adds volume, smoothness, and a creamy texture. The base is built on cashmere wood and Iso E Super, which contribute a radiantly woody, enveloping warmth and sillage. Throughout, Kyodo plays on contrasts of light and dark, strength and calm, and sweetness and minerality, aiming for a balanced and minimalist aesthetic in line with the Süskind style.
