"A poetic and sensual combination for an adventurous skin and its favorite season: summer.  Bicyclononalactone, IFF molecule, or octaHydroCoumarin is synthesized from Coumarin, by a catalytic hydrogenation reaction carried out at high temperature. Coumarin is an aromatic organic natural substance.  Coumarin was one of the first aromatic syntheses carried out towards the end of the 19th century (1868), marking a turning point in the history of synthetic fragrances and aromas. Bicyclononalactone is used in fine perfumery in fern perfumes. It brings fig, coconut, white and heady flowers, vanilla and amber notes to the perfumes." - a note from the brand.
