Dernier Metro by Placebo is a fragrance for women and men. This is a new fragrance. Dernier Metro was launched in 2026. Top notes are Bergamot, Litchi, Rhubarb and Black Currant; middle notes are Orange Blossom, Rose and Raspberry; base notes are Musk, Patchouli, Marshmallow and Vanilla. In the feverish Paris of the summer of '98, in the heart of a subway car deserted by the night, an apparition defied time. She was there—a "pillar of light" with a magnetic grace, a contemporary queen whose presence radiated through the shrieking metal of the carriage. As the doors opened for her departure, she left behind a trail like a final farewell: The Flight: The sharp bite of rhubarb and blackcurrant, cooled by a restless bergamot. The Heart: A carnal blossoming of rose and lychee, bathed in the light of orange blossom. The Memory: A powdery sillage of marshmallow and vanilla, anchored by the depth of patchouli. The train pulled away, but the imprint remained. More than a fragrance, it is the olfactory portrait of a bold and joyful femininity that, even today, continues to float in the air whenever the city becomes electrified—reviving the face of that stranger before the doors close forever.
