Top notes are Coriander Leaf, Hot iron, Mint and Metallic notes; middle notes are Papyrus and Cedar; base notes are Leather, Styrax, Amber, Skin, Labdanum and Musk. Cœur Métal by Mayhap explores a conceptual theme of robotic consciousness and belonging through an interplay of metallic nuances and warm resins. Composed by perfumer Serge de Oliveira (Robertet), it opens with metallic and hot iron facets brightened by mint and coriander leaf, moves into a heart of warm electric-wire accord over cedar and papyrus, and settles into a base of styrax, cistus, leather, musky skin, and amber. The result reads as a leather-woody-amber profile with pronounced metallic accents.
