Aoud de Nuit by Comptoir Sud Pacifique is a Oriental Woody fragrance for women and men. Aoud de Nuit was launched in 2009. Top notes are Bergamot and Cassis; middle notes are Saffron, Virginia Cedar, Cardamom, Vanilla, Rose and Iris; base notes are Agarwood (Oud), Caramel, Patchouli, Tonka Bean, Sandalwood and Musk. Comptoir Sud Pacifique presents their new collection inspired by Aoud as the central ingredient and theme of the line of Voyages to the Orient. Four fragrances of the collection arrive in flacons of 100 ml (3.4 oz) EDP and they are presented to the market in April 2009. Each of the fragrances has a small palm-shaped pendant on the neck of the bottle, which represents the brand of CSP and is featured on exotic logo of the company. Aoud de Nuit is sensual and hypnotizing nectar, which reveals magic of the East, composed of wood and spices surrounded with vanilla and musk, along with tasty caramel drops. Top notes of the fragrance incorporate bergamot and currant buds and leaves. A heart blossoms with black rose, iris, vanilla, cardamom, saffron and cedar, while a base is filled with patchouli, caramel, sandalwood, Aoud, Tonka, musk and animalistic accords.
