Acqua Attiva by Collistar is a Woody Aromatic fragrance for men. Acqua Attiva was launched in 2009. The nose behind this fragrance is Alberto Morillas. Acqua Attiva is the first fragrance for men by the house of Collistar and it arrived on the market in October 2009. The perfume is created of carefully chosen ingredients which were combined in order to enhance vitality and positive feelings. This edition also expresses Mediterranean style with sea aromas and vegetation typical and traditionally bound with Italy: bergamot, santolina, freesia, eucalyptus and vetiver. Besides the unusual composition, the first Collistar's perfume for men promises interesting and fresh aromas which intertwine with vitamins and minerals. Luminous, bright, aquatic, full of sunrays and drops of sea water, this perfume leaves an impression of sea breezes which tingle your imagination. It is composed of four fragrant phases. The first one brings luminous effects and freshness. An opening will wake you up with bergamot and grapefruit along with lemon blossom and floral wave of freesia. The second phase offers aromatic vibrant notes of eucalyptus and santolina (shrub from Asteraceae family – typical of the Mediterranean region) along with spicy tact of cardamom. The third fragrant phase adds woody notes of vetiver and moss, while the fourth includes musky nuances which arrive as epilogue to the whole shimmering masculine composition. Creator of this edition is perfumer Alberto Morillas. Alberto Morillas said the following about creation of Acqua Attiva: ” I wanted to create a new freshness, bright and regenerating, which would characterise the perfume in its entire evolution. I wanted to give it an innovative and original olfactory structure. So I combined raw materials from the tradition of men’s perfumery with new molecules from the most advanced scientific research, creating unprecedented effects. A lively, natural freshness born of a blend of zesty bergamot and grapefruit with transparent floral notes; of the aromatic, tonic and vibrant character of eucalyptus and santolina with the fresh, spicy touch of cardamom, and an intense brightness deriving from the latest musks. The woody notes, at the same time genuine and modern, of vetiver, oak moss and an combination of new solar and earthy wood types”. Design of Acqua Attiva is modern and masculine. Its flacon is made of glass and the cap of aluminum chrome spirals, while its outer carton is a combination of platinum nuances decorated with silver lines. The flacon is shaped like a glass block with clear lines and it reveals a strong personality – Collistar man. The fragrance arrives as 100 ml EDT. Besides the EDT, fragrant line for men includes 100 ml cream-gel aftershave and 250 ml shampoo-bath.
