Rising Cologne is a burst of beautiful sweet citrus with green verdant outline. Heap of riped mandarin orange scent that is invigorating & refreshing. The zesty citrus element travels all the way towards the dry-down. Rising Cologne is nostalgic & old world charm. An Indo-Parisian aura to it.
