ROAD by Karangahape is a fragrance for women and men. ROAD was launched in 2023. The nose behind this fragrance is Nathan Taare. ROAD by Karangahape is a limited-edition conceptual fragrance created by the Karangahape Road Business Association as part of a local tourism initiative. The scent seeks to evoke the atmosphere of Auckland’s Karangahape Road with accords of fog machine haze, bar air, hair clippings, coffee, incense, pink pepper, pavement and dance floor nuances, alongside beer-infused leather, green heat, warm aromatic spice and a preloved garment musk. It was sold through businesses along the street, with proceeds donated to Lifewise NZ.
