Top notes are Orange, Cardamom, Saffron, Carnation and Ginger; middle notes are Rose, Ambergris and Geranium; base notes are Animal notes, Patchouli, Sandalwood, Cedar and Musk. The "del Menandro" house, an expansive domus spanning nearly 1800 square meters, takes its name from a remarkable painting discovered within its walls. Its last known owner, the affluent Quinto Poppeo, was renowned for hosting lavish, Lucullian feasts and celebrations. Historical anecdotes speak of rose petals drifting gently down onto his guests during sumptuous banquets, creating an enchanting atmosphere. Poppeo reportedly delighted in sharing precious ointments and exquisite rose extracts crafted by ancient perfumers. Inspired by this captivating legacy, we dedicate our new fragrance to this iconic villa.
