Intense French Riviera by Mancera is a Woody Aquatic fragrance for women and men. This is a new fragrance. Intense French Riviera was launched in 2025. The nose behind this fragrance is Pierre Montale. Top notes are Black Pepper, Sicilian Lemon, Tangerine, Ginger and Orange; middle notes are Tiare, Iodine, Cambodian Oud, Mimosa, Sea Notes, Vetiver and Cedarwood; base notes are Sea Salt, Ambergris and White Musk. Some places never truly let go — and the French Riviera is one of them. Cannes, the Esterel hills, the scent of pine trees, the golden light shimmering over the sea… this is where Amélie grew up. An artist at heart and a child of these shores, she now dreams up Mancera creations alongside her father, Pierre Montale. Years later, during a quiet morning run along those familiar coastal trails, something stirred within her. The sunshine, the salt on the breeze, the warmth of memory — everything came rushing back. Back in the lab, she shared her vision with Pierre, and together they brought it to life: a fragrance that was solar, elegant, and universal. When Mancera opened its first Montale & Mancera boutique in Cannes, the desire to revisit that inspiration and give it more depth felt inevitable. Pierre and Amélie returned to their source of inspiration, refining the idea with greater contrast, intensity, and Pierre’s unmistakable pinch of salt. Amélie, a lover of unisex scents who often wears those made for men, added her own sensibility, pushing the Riviera dream into new, expressive territory.
