Aouda

Aouda by Comptoir Sud Pacifique is a fragrance for women and men. Aouda was launched in 2009. Top notes are Geranium, Chamomile and Rose; middle notes are Copahu Balm, Amyris, Virginia Cedar and Myrtle; base notes are Tolu Balsam, Agarwood (Oud) and Patchouli. Comptoir Sud Pacifique presents their new collection inspired by Aoud as the central ingredient and theme of the line of Voyages to the Orient. Four fragrances of the collection arrive in flacons of 100 ml (3.4 oz) EDP and they are presented to the market in April 2009. Each of the fragrances has a small palm-shaped pendant on the neck of the bottle, which represents the brand of CSP and is featured on exotic logo of the company. Aouda is a fragrance which represents traditional woody accord of Aoud, which functions temperamentally with earthy patchouli and Moroccan cedar. The fragrance opens with rose, geranium and chamomile; a heart encompasses amyris, Copahue balm, cedar and Niaouli accords. A base includes tolu balm and patchouli.
