Passion Poivrée by Gentleman's Nod is a warm, spicy fragrance that combines bright fruit, aromatic spice and a rich, boozy base. The opening blends rum with tart iced passionfruit, citrus nuances of bergamot, lemon zest and grapefruit, and a fresh, slightly sharp ginger facet. In the heart, timur pepper and saffron bring a piquant and slightly resinous character, softened by jasmine absolute and crisp green apple. The dry down emphasizes a deeper, more textured profile with a cognac accord, vetiver and leather, layered over benzoin and modern amber-musk materials such as Ambramone and Orcanox.
