Maroc by Charles Revson is a Chypre Floral fragrance for women. Maroc was launched in 1985. Top notes are Honey, Geranium, Coriander, Bergamot and Aldehydes; middle notes are Moroccan Rose, White Rose and Moroccan Jasmine; base notes are Oakmoss, Patchouli, Palisander Rosewood, Orris Root, Vetiver, Civet, Ambergris and Musk. Maroc by Ultima II/Revlon was launched in 1985. Ultima II envisioned luxury when they created this perfume. It was inspired by the moschata, a wild, white, musk rose, which grows on the Mediterranean coast of Morocco during September. The moschata flowers in the sunlight and blooms on long after dark. The scent is lush, sensual and warm, like the flowers themselves.
