IBÈRÈ by Zaharoff is a Oriental Vanilla fragrance for women and men. This is a new fragrance. IBÈRÈ was launched in 2025. The nose behind this fragrance is Mathilde Bijaoui. Top notes are Nutmeg and Pink Pepper; middle notes are Sugar, Dried Fruits, Ambrette and Lavender; base notes are Vanilla, Tonka Bean, Amberwood, Cedarwood and Moss. IBÈRÈ by Zaharoff is a 2025 release created by perfumer Mathilde Bijaoui in collaboration with Jordan Omogbehin. Named after the Yoruba word for “the beginning,” it presents a theme of renewal and new cycles. The composition opens with pink pepper and nutmeg, moves into a heart of dried fruits, ambrette, sugar, and lavender, and settles on a woody-vanilla base featuring Vayanol, tonka bean, cedarwood, vanilla, moss, and amberwood.
