Top notes are Grapefruit and Calabrian bergamot; middle note is Marigold; base notes are Benzoin, Balsamic Notes and Patchouli. Cempasúchil is inspired by the marigold flowers traditionally used in Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead) celebrations. According to Mexican tradition, these vibrant orange and yellow flowers are believed to attract the souls of the departed, with families scattering marigold petals to create pathways guiding spirits back home. The fragrance captures this cultural significance with a fruity and tropical scent profile featuring citrus and floral elements. The scent is described as irresistibly fruity with a tropical twist and sharp, icy tang, evoking notes of orange, passion fruit, mango, and possibly pineapple, creating a refreshing and mouth-watering experience.
