"The year 2016 gave birth to this strange and bitter gem. It had just followed an intensely hot summer, and we weren't interested in creating anything cloying or sickly. Using a slightly magical material called Geosmin (the smell of fresh rain on soil) and some bitter aquatic forals, Blackwater Thistle was born.
