Its name is drawn from the Sanskrit word Atman, associated with vital essence and the link between the individual and the universal; the name also echoes a yacht owned by Baron Edmond de Rothschild in 1898, a family reference noted by Olivia de Rothschild. The composition focuses on white florals and musky-woody tones, combining tuberose, jasmine and rosy facets with pink pepper over a base of ambrette, musk, vanilla, vetiver, and modern amber-wood materials such as Ambrofix and Akigalawood.
