In 2001 designer Michael Kors launched a collection of three fragrances called Notes from Michael, inspired by his fall fashion collection. The collection included three fragrances which could be combined with each other: Glenplaid, Houndstooth and Tattersall. Houndstooth contains notes of freesia, ylang-ylang and Japanese pearl blossom.
