Midnight Marquee by Solstice Scents is a fragrance for women and men. The nose behind this fragrance is Angela St.John. Midnight Marquee is a dark and mysterious fragrance featuring notes of black musk, gasoline, supple leather, rich Earth, raw tobacco, and a touch of moss, crunchy leaves, Foxcroft air, and a tiny touch of vanilla musk. If you enjoy our darker, full-bodied fragrances like Devil's Tongue or Full Dark, don't miss Midnight Marquee. Opens with a touch of autumnal Foxcroft air, leaves, gasoline, and raw tobacco leaf. The gasoline is definitely detectable and is obvious upon initial application. After a few minutes, it does settle down and blend with the black musk, leather and more. An elegant supple leather and black musk quickly follow the initial opening. Wafts of earth and fine aged patchouli are softened by the lightest vanilla musk and a pinch of moss. Rich, moody, atmospheric, dark and smooth. Midnight Marquee seeks to combine the atmosphere of a mysterious film and the late night October drive-in experience. This is a very different scent from our other drive-in perfume called Maine Moon. Maine Moon is another atmospheric which features concessions of root beer, popcorn, caramel, and chocolate combined with a strong fall air, dirt, leaves, and leather car seats.
