Memento Amoris by Maison Eau De Couture is a rich, gourmand-leaning fragrance that centers on nutty, sweet and ambery facets. The composition opens with amaretto and a blend of sweet and bitter almond, rounded by a savoiardi biscuit nuance that evokes a pastry-like impression. In the heart, cacao and coffee absolutes bring a dark, roasted character, softened by floral accents of osmanthus, magnolia and iris. The base is built on a warm, woody and musky foundation of cedarwood, sandalwood, patchouli, ambergris, musk, cashmeran, animalic nuances, vanilla absolute and labdanum absolute, giving the perfume depth, texture and a lingering sweetness.
