L'Initial by Guerlain is a Oriental Floral fragrance for women. L'Initial was launched in 2020. The nose behind this fragrance is Thierry Wasser. Top notes are Orange, Bergamot and Jasmine; middle notes are Iris and Turkish Rose; base notes are Vanilla, Caramel, Tonka Bean, Almond, White Musk and Patchouli. A new edition of Les Parisiennes Collection - Guerlain L'Initial - comes out in the spring of 2020 and is a "comeback" of the modern, fresher version of the Guerlain cult classic Shalimar from 1925, Shalimar Parfum Initial from 2011. The composition was created by perfumer Thierry Wasser. Guerlain L'Initial represents "the thrill of discovery, the adrenaline, the willingness to jump in and dive into a new mystery." The heart of the perfume includes a combination of Turkish rose and Dalmatian iris in a large dose. The goruamnd and tender base contains vanilla, caramel, almonds and tonka, wrapped in a cloud of white musk. Top notes: bergamot, orange, jasmine Heart: Turkish rose absolute, iris pallida Base: vanilla, tonka bean, white musk, caramel, almonds, patchouli The fragrance is available in the iconic "bee" bottle as a 125 ml Eau de Parfum.
