Cloud Daze (막걸리) by Elorea is a composition that centers around the creamy, subtly fizzy character of Korean rice wine, wrapped in soft gourmand and resinous nuances. Bright notes of lemon and juniper introduce a crisp, lightly aromatic opening, rounded by the smooth woodiness of amyris. At the heart, makgeolli and cognac create a grainy, lactonic and boozy accord, enriched with jasmine sambac for a gentle floral touch.
