Cimmerian by INVERSO PROFUMI is a Oriental Woody fragrance for women and men. Cimmerian was launched during the 2020's. Top notes are Spices, Rum, Cedarwood and Dried Plum; middle notes are Vetiver, Patchouli, Violet and Nutmeg; base notes are Leather, Amber, Vanilla and Oud. CIMMERIAN features a naturally gray hue, a hallmark of Tunisian patchouli, which inspired its name. In Homer’s epics, the Cimmerians were described as dwelling in a land shrouded in perpetual darkness, beyond the Oceanus river encircling the Earth. Tunisian patchouli is distinguished by its refined and subtle character. Unlike more intense varieties, it presents a softer, smoother profile with earthy, woody notes and a delicate, sweet undertone, offering a nuanced and sophisticated aroma.
