Panagia's Garden: Cubanola by Phronema Perfumes is a Oriental Spicy fragrance for women and men. This is a new fragrance. Panagia's Garden: Cubanola was launched in 2025. The nose behind this fragrance is Weston Adam. Panagia's Garden: Cubanola is named after the unusual trumpet-shaped plant native to Cuba and Haiti (Cubanola domingensis). Created as part of a collaboration between Phronema Perfumes, the Missouri Botanical Garden, and the Stephen and Peter Sachs Museum, this fragrance is a botanical meditation inspired by the living flora of the Garden. The composition opens with orange and oregano, bright and herbal, before descending into earthy depths of vetiver, patchouli, and coffee—slightly bitter and utterly grounding. The fragrance evokes sun-heated flowers with green chocolatey richness and crushed leaves. It quickly sweetens with caramel, vanilla absolute, and heliotrope, bringing unexpected softness like a warm breeze carrying bakery sweetness through foliage. Anchored by grey ambergris and Mysore sandalwood, the composition achieves a textured harmony between shadow and warmth, creating what has been described as a sweet earthy-green hymn—the scent of herbal lore, sun-dappled archives, and stone chapels hidden in groves.
