Yves Saint Laurent will offer another version of the original fragrance L'Homme from 2006 in February 2016. The house announces that this new potent fragrance from the L'Homme collection has an Eau de Parfum concentration and is called L'HOMME ULTIME. L'Homme Ultime is described as the essence of a modern man, presented through the notes of the iconic fragrance which reflects courage, elegance and magnetism. Powerful, wild and delicate at the same time, L'Homme for 2016 allegedly represents the contrast between freedom and control. It conveys a man who seduces women and inspires other men. The fragrance is aromatic, woody and intense. A citrus explosion of grapefruit at the top is spiced with ginger and cardamom. The heart contains rose in a masculine interpretation, its natural sensuality enriched with aromas of sage and geranium. Cedar and vetiver in the base give the final woody signature to the composition. L'HOMME ULTIME will be available as a 60 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum.
