Untamed Lady by Immortal Perfumes is a Floral Fruity fragrance for women and men. Untamed Lady was launched in 2018. The nose behind this fragrance is JT Siems. Top note is Peach; middle notes are Ylang-Ylang and Carnation; base notes are Almond and Vanilla. Gloria Swanson was a fashion icon and one of the few silent film stars to succeed after the transition to talkies. Nominated for multiple Academy Awards and married six times, Swanson was larger than life. While she was a megastar of the silent era, one of her most enduring performances was in Sunset Boulevard, released in 1950, in which she played an aging silent film star. One of the most enduring and iconic photographs taken of the beautiful actress was a Vanity Fair portrait in which she is draped in sumptuous black lace. Gloria Swanson was also a collector of perfume bottles and would sneak them into her films. She once said that the perfume bottles covering her vanity were mostly by Guerlain “because whatever they make is good.” Her favorite scent was a fruity concoction known as Le Fruit Défendu. Untamed Lady takes its name from one of Swanson’s many films and was inspired by her favorite perfume. This fragrance features notes of almond, ylang-ylang, French vanilla, carnation and peach.
