Smashingly Brilliant by Diana Vreeland is a Citrus Aromatic fragrance for women and men. Smashingly Brilliant was launched in 2015. The nose behind this fragrance is Clement Gavarry. Top notes are Lemon, Juniper Berries, Basil and Calabrian bergamot; middle note is Geranium; base notes are Suede and Woodsy Notes. New fragrance Smashingly Brilliant joins the collection by Diana Vreeland as a very refreshing citrusy edition playing on contrasts. The citrusy blend with aromatic herbs is surrounded with deep shades characteristic of tje warm texture of the base. Smashingly Brilliant arrives in a glass flacon of the same form as previous editions of the collection, in royal blue color. The composition of the fragrance Smashingly Brilliant opens with the tart, luminous union of lemon oil and Calabrian bergamot. They continue with aromatic juniper berries, basil and lemon verbena notes. Unique tart shades of geranium are characteristic of the heart of the fragrance blended with suede from the base, leaving a subtle and soft trail. Precious and deep notes are provided by woody notes in the drydown of the composition. The perfumer of the composition is Clement Gavarry, who was inspired by Diana Vreeland’s love of the island of Capri. Fragrance Smashingly Brilliant is available as 50 ml Eau de Parfum and as 100 ml Eau de Parfum.
