Top notes are Saffron, Apple and Clove; middle notes are Saffron, Leather and Orris; base notes are Cashmere Wood, Amber and Myrrh. Safranal Ambroxan by Fugazzi is built around a saffron theme, combining spicy, fruity and resinous nuances with dark woods. The composition opens with a blend of saffron crystal, apple and clove, moving into a heart where saffron flower is paired with orris and a soft, sweet leather accord. In the base, dark amber, cashmere wood and myrrh provide a warm, resinous and woody foundation that emphasizes the depth of the saffron and the rounded, ambery character of the fragrance.
