Idole 1962 by Lubin is a Chypre Floral fragrance for women. Idole 1962 was launched in 1962. The nose behind this fragrance is Raymond Pouliquen. Top notes are Calabrian bergamot, Aldehydes and Peach; middle notes are Lily of the Valley and Egyptian Jasmine; base notes are Mysore Sandalwood, Patchouli, Oakmoss, Amber and Civet. The original Idole was Lubin's sophisticated floral chypre fragrance for women, launched in 1962. Created by Raymond Pouliquen, who served as the brand's perfumer at the time, this luxurious and sensual fragrance represented Lubin's perfect expression of femininity. The composition featured a classic chypre structure with aldehydic sparkle in the opening, supported by refined florals and a rich, animalic base. Originally available in parfum, parfum de toilette, and eau de toilette concentrations, Idole continued to be sold through the 1970s before being discontinued in the early 1980s.
