Top notes are Mandarin Orange, Lavender and Pepper; middle notes are Patchouli and Leather; base notes are Tobacco and Amber. He gave them a personal signature and made them authentic, magnetizing. ''A secret wake like a promise, precious like a confidence, quintessence of pure essences, elegant, sophisticated, powerfully emotional.'' Day version, Cuir Mandarine, is based on patchouli surrounded with contrasting and vibrant mandarin accords, leather and black pepper. Sensuality of the compositions is provided by Virginian blond tobacco, which is as light and bubbly as champagne spreading above lavender and amber. The fragrance is obtainable in 100ml EDP flacons, covered with leather.
