BERBERA by Nissaba is a Woody fragrance for women and men. BERBERA was launched in 2024. BERBERA was created by Fabrice Pellegrin and Coralie Spicher. Top notes are Pepper, elemi and Nutmeg; middle notes are Frankincense and Myrrh; base notes are Opoponax and Incense. With BERBERA fragrance, Nissaba showcases the Horn of Africa through its iconic ingredients: incense, myrrh and opoponax gums. Berbera is Somaliland's main port, linking the Somali desert to the outside world. It's a place filled with two primary colors: the deep blue of the ocean and the sandy tones of the incessant winds and storms that blow across the country. The entire harvest of these gums ends up in the port city of Berbera, from where they leave for extraction, then finally reach the laboratories of the great perfumery houses, in Paris, Grasse or New York.
